Tai Chi Workshop with Leslee Penny

Leslee is a certified mindful practitioner who has studied martial arts and meditation for over 30 years. She is an instructor of Hapkido, Taekwondo, womens self defense and Tai Chi. Along with Leslee’s championships at several division competitions in TaeKwondo, she holds a certification in sound healing with singing bowl. Her knowledge on the energy centers of the body and how to harness and balance good chi flow for health and vitality is unsurpassed.
Tai Chi which is the moving form of meditation, is an easy to follow workshop as she gives step by step instruction. The movements are adjusted for your capability, so they can be as challenging as you want them to be and adaptable for all ages.
