Hey everyone! Join our Guided Meditation will be this Wednesday! Guided Meditation and deep relaxation will help you to train your brain to slow down, enjoy life, and accept yourself. Begin to take back your power and get control over yourself and your life! It is the most important investment you can make in yourself.
You will be guided through various relaxation techniques and visualizations with a different focus or intention each week.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring something comfortable to sit on (yoga mat, blanket,etc), a chair may be used if you can’t sit or lie on the floor.
